Yes, Charles, I think that the “relaxing into a practice over time” is a wonderful way of expressing our need to link our heads to our hearts. Christianity is not a set of rules to be kept, but a powerhouse of spirituality, a process of finding ourselves on the inside of an act of communication that is developing in us a new set of practices.
